Welcome to the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market
The Santa Fe Farmers’ Market Institute’s annual celebration of local food, farmers and community, has become one of Santa Fe’s most delicious and awaited events. A capacity crowd of over 300 guests fills the Farmers’ Market Pavilion for an evening of food from the local harvest, music, auctions, and special honors to some of our beloved farmers.
This annual event raises vital operating funds for the Institute to expand its programming in support of local agricultural and its producers, community education for youth and adults, and preservation of northern New Mexican farmland.
The Santa Fe Farmer’s Market, in conjunction with Food Day, is hosting several local non-profit organizations at the Market on Saturday October 20th.
Food Day is a nationwide celebration and movement toward more healthful, affordable and sustainable food, culminating in days of action across America.
Food Day was created by the nonprofit Center for Science in the Public Interest. Non-Profit Organizations joining the market to recognize Food Day include Slow Food Santa Fe, Cooking with Kids, Local Organic Meals on a Budget and others.
Food Day Santa Fe wants to connect the community with as many resources as possible for healthier lifestyles

The Market and the SF Farmers Market Institute would like to thank all our donors, the Trust for Public Lands, the Santa Fe Railyard Community Corporation, past and present mayors and city councilors, and the people of Santa Fe for providing a permanant, affordable home for the small farmers of Northern New Mexico to keep local agriculure alive and preserve our traditions for generations to come. Without this support, we would not be here!
